Policy, Terms & Condition: GC Limousine

  • Full refund if cancellation was made more than 48 hours from the scheduled date/time (excluding admin fee).
  • The full amount is payable if the customer or guest doesn’t show up without proper notice via email (after one (1) hour from the scheduled pickup time).
  • No extra charge if there’s any last-minute amendment but subject to availability (excluding extra-stop).
  • Passengers shall pay directly to driver if “waiting time or extra stop” incurred (if any).1) Airport arrival – 60 mins grace period will starts from flight landed time.2) All other services – 15 mins grace period will starts from scheduled time.
  • Prestige Transport shall not be liable for your failure to meet the flight if details provided are incorrect.
  • Prestige Transport shall not be liable for chauffeur no-show or late arrivals if the booking was made without the company’s consent (please do not make any booking directly with the driver)
  • Passengers below the height of 1.35m will require to be secured with a child restraint. Please request early for boosters seat (1st seat FOC).
  • Prestige Transport reserves the right to refuse the service if the passenger cannot comply with the rules and regulations of Singapore (full charges apply).
  • All prices are in Singapore dollars and taxes included.
